There is no universal longevity stack
Supplements are easy to add and surprisingly hard to evaluate. Here is how I think through vitamin D, algae-based omega-3, magnesium, nitric-oxide products, creatine, and B12.

The supplement aisle offers certainty in a bottle. Real evidence is usually more conditional. A product may be useful for one person, unnecessary for another, and risky when it overlaps with medication or impaired kidney function.
I am not opposed to supplements. I take several. That makes periodic review more important, not less. The label, dose, purpose, interactions, product quality, and stop rule should all be understandable.
Begin with the reason
I currently take vitamin D3, algae-based omega-3, a nitric-oxide booster, and magnesium in the evening. This is a personal routine, not a protocol. I periodically ask the same questions about each bottle: What exactly am I taking? What am I hoping it will do? Does the dose resemble the research? Could it interact with anything? What would make me stop?
Vitamin D3: useful, but not universal
Vitamin D matters for bone and mineral health. Supplementation makes sense for deficiency and in selected higher-risk situations. What large trials have not shown is that routinely taking a high dose functions as a general longevity strategy. The actual dose, combined intake, risk factors, and reason for testing all deserve attention.
Algae-based omega-3: read past the front label
Algal oil can provide DHA and, in some products, EPA without fish. The useful numbers are the milligrams of DHA and EPA, not the impressive-looking amount of total oil. Whether it is worthwhile depends on the goal and what the rest of the diet provides. High-dose treatment for a medical condition belongs with a clinician.
Magnesium is a mineral, not a bedtime guarantee
Legumes, nuts, seeds, whole grains, and leafy vegetables all provide magnesium. A supplement may be reasonable when intake or status is low, but the evidence that it reliably improves sleep is limited. It can cause diarrhea, interfere with some medicines, and accumulate when kidney function is impaired.
A nitric-oxide booster is not one thing
I want to know the ingredient before discussing the claim. Arginine has little evidence for improving performance. Citrulline results are limited and mixed. Nitrate-rich beetroot has a more credible short-term case for endurance in some recreational athletes. These products are not interchangeable, and their effect on blood pressure may matter.
Creatine and B12 solve different problems
Creatine monohydrate has comparatively strong evidence for repeated high-intensity performance and adaptation to strength training. It does not replace training and often adds some water weight. Vitamin B12 has a different role: anyone eating a vegan diet needs a reliable fortified-food or supplement source because unfortified plant foods do not reliably provide it.
